He's So Sweet!

Jonathan picked me up from work on Tuesday night and on the way home he told me that he hadn't done any house work and he was sorry that I was going to come home to such a messy house. I told him not to worry about it and that I was happy to see him and be home! When we got home guess what I found? Sunshine streaming in to a not only  clean house, but a beautifully rearranged living room, dinning room and office! The couch was moved to another spot in the living room. It had been in front of the sliding glass door which blocked all the sun. So now we get a lot more sunshine in our small little flat. The Kitchen was also very squeaky clean. 

 He made me sit down on the living room couch and he prepared me my tea. (I have all my tea items in my little Hutch) It was so cute watching him look for my tea things in the little hutch and placing my tea cups and other items on the silver tray. I can say that I have been extremely spoilt by my sweet Darling. 

P.S. Sorry about the mushy stuff but I can't help it. He is just too adorable!!!!

Poor Guy

Thanks everyone for the sweet comments! I'm sorry it has taken me so long to post about my new job! I have been enjoying it very much! Unfortunately the little boy that I watch has been very sick. My first day he was so sick. He threw up 4 times which is very uncommon for him. He got sick from being at day care the last week before I was hired. He had never been sick before this. He has been only eating liquids because he hasn't been able to keep solid food down. Poor guy, I feel so bad for him because he just cries and cries because he's hungry but when he eats he loses it. This was his last day on liquids. Besides all the sickness, I have been really blessed with this sweet family! They are so kind to me and appreciate me more than I deserve. The Lord is so good!!!

Nanny Position Filled!!

You might be wondering if I got that nanny job I posted about the other day. Well, I have to say, I start Monday morning! I'm so excited about it! The only thing is that it might be temporary, their last nanny had had an accident and they hired me on until she is better. The mother did ask me if I was interested to stay on permanent and I said yes. So I'm praying that they will keep me on. I told the mother during my interview that I was a christian and she seemed to like it. I'm sure I would like to hear if the person I'm looking to hire to watch my child is a christian or not.  

Saturday Morning!!!

Jonathan and I went garage sailing this morning! We went kinda late, but we still got some steals! I found this sweet little picture for 2 dollars!

I got these bottles for a dollar each. I love the pink depression glass one. It is really old! They had a lot of depression glass bottles but this was the only one with a lid. It looks really vintage I think!! Now I have to decide what I'm going to do with them. Any Suggestions?

I'm in the mood for a little Pride and Prejudice! I used to watch this movie a thousand times when I was growing up! My sister and I would quote it from start to finish! I'll have to watch it now!! I can't help myself!

Nanny Job!!!

I think I got a job! I had a interview with this family today!! They have an 11 month old little boy. The mother is a Doctor and works part time! Its about 30 hours a week which makes the schedule a three day a week job which I love! The pay is really good as well! I will hopefully hear back from them tonight or tomorrow! I hope I get it! It would be so wonderful to work for just one child (a baby) instead of my last job which was 4!!! I'll update and let you know what happens!
