Cake Decorating!

Sunday I had the creativity itch. I have been wanting to buy a little  small round cake pan but haven't been able to afford it lately. So I started looking through my cupboards trying to find something circular and small that can bake a cake! I found one of my round glass Tupperware dishes that worked beautifully!!!

My creativity can only go so far I'm afraid using the internet and watching videos. I need some help. My cake decorating  is beautiful for a little girl of 5 maybe!! I definitely want to start taking classes at Michael's!!
Now that John is working a great Job, we can hopefully afford it!!!

"I'll Miss You"

Well, I feel like I just said Goodbye to a very close friend. I don't feel like reading anything else after reading this book :( It was my "Mother's Day" present for my mom. When she finished reading it she brought it down for me to read when she last visited! I was glued to the pages the moment I opened the book! I haven't read all of D.E. Stevenson's books and I can now add this one to my favorite list!!

First Day on the Job!

I sent Jonathan off to his first day at the new Job Yesterday! I already miss him. He has worked at Met Life in the past selling Insurance. He had taken a break because of us getting married and he was in and out of Colorado and Phoenix. We didn't even know if they would hire him back because Met Life wasn't hiring at the time. God opened the door for him. He is now the youngest in the office and on his first day they want him to take the responsibility of bringing order back into the office which left when he did. He is well valued there which makes me beam with pride!

Catching Up

Well, I have been absent far too long and I am trying to catch up from where I have last left off. The kids and Eliza came over the other day. We had so much fun playing with kitty's and reading stories and drinking our cozy tea!!

Eliza and I both liked this picture of us (Shocking!!!)

On Friday Jonathan and I got to baby sit our little Elon! He was so funny! We got to take him swimming. We all had a blast!

On Friday night Jonathan and I went on a date with Nathan and Himilce to see a movie together!!
I never post any pictures of us two together! I finally got one of us!

And "no" we did not agree about this picture. I look really funny. The light on me is really strange., But it will have to do!

Night of Dreaming

I didn't get much sleep last night because Jonathan and I couldn't stop talking.
We talked till 4:30 in the morning!!! I slept in till late this morning!!

What kept us awake was we were talking about our plans when we can have a family in the country and have animals. I remembered all my childhood stories of chickens and goats and ducks and turkeys. I have always wanted a pet pig growing up. I want her to be raised like a dog so she can hang out with the dogs and the family.

Our minds couldn't stop thinking because we were so excited. Our idea of chickens is for the use of eggs and their freshness. For goats, is for their milk and cheese we can make! (I love goats milk and cheese)  We want to have a garden of course with all kinds of veggies and fruit!

One thing that Jonathan made clear with me was that if and when we wish to start our family life in the country, he definitely could not live without high speed internet!! Ha ha ha ha, what a sweet heart! I agree.
