Zane and I were able to escape the indoors this morning into the quietude of the garden which is trying to recover from its captor (Strydess) who has dominated it for the last winter. I think we shall have victory over her and bring peace and prosperity back to our yard again!
Zane hung around awhile and enjoyed the fresh air. He loves swinging in his new swing.
Something new he has discovered, is watching the pup play fetch. He seems to enjoy this game tremendously.
Even Maxim was happy to come out and play with us, he didn't even mind to much when Strydess would chase him, he is now learning not to run from her, which kills the fun for Strydess.
Excited for the many upcoming months of summer.
I hope I can get the garden in a state of peace and tranquility before the summer heat sets in.
On the way home from coffee last night, Jonathan and I found two lovely wooden lounge chairs in a front yard that were going to be left for the trash. We salvaged them and brought them home and they are now lounging just beautifully out side as I write. They are so lovely. Even lovelier now because we got them for nothing:)
I hope everyone has a lovely weekend!
Much Love

Beautiful photos, Marie. We had really cold weather here today - down to 3 degrees - add a wind chill, and it felt f-r-e-e-z-i-n-g!
