I didn't watch her at the RNC last night, but have heard so many great things about her-- how pro-life she is especially-- and am so glad that McCain chose someone conservative enough to sway us evangelical voters back... I wasn't incredibly impressed with McCain, but now I am more excited about voting for him because of her!:)

WE were on a family holiday in Sept 2008 and were able to get to two McCain-Palin rallies - one in Lancaster, PA, and the other in Fairfax Virginia. They were amazing experiences for us, having followed US politics for years. We found it interesting how different the 'tone' of the speeches were in PA compared with the Fairfax ones....different audiences, I guess. We have fabulous memories of that time. Our 2 daughters and myself even got to shake McCain's hand! Well, we're back in the US, DV, in 2 weeks' time for another holiday, and are looking forward to that soooo much. Every blessing, Anne
