I love Lemon Meringue Pie! My brother Nathan and Sister Himilce and baby Elon are coming over this afternoon, so here is a good excuse to make my favorite treat! I pulled out the recipe book to find my mothers pie crust recipe! Jonathan made the crust!!! I cheated and made the lemon filing from the cook in serve box. I love making the Meringue! I could eat the meringue all by itself!! Hopefully the pie turns out ok. It looks lovely! Himilce will have to leave her comment to report if it was good or not!

Jonathan is a good baker and cook! He cooks more than I do! He is really intimidating some times. I love to cook and bake, but he is always 2 steps a head of me, the little stinker.
